All Brighton Water Shoes products are shipped from the UK and will take 3-8 Business Days to arrive. You will receive an email when they have been dispatched.
Whilst we do everything we can to avoid any delays or problems with on-time delivery, things sometimes might be out of our control. If your item has not arrived by the time you expected, please email us at hello@brightonwatershoes.com and we will look into this for you right away.
Returns & Exchanges of your water shoes
We are happy to refund payments for returns to Brighton water shoes within 100 days of placing an order as long as the items are returned unworn and with no damage. Please contact us at hello@brightonwatershoes.com if you want to return an item and we will send you a return address. The water shoes will need to be sent back to us with at the customers expense and once received, we will process the refund within 5 working days.
Please note – refunds do not include the original delivery costs. We also recommend choosing a tracked service and keeping your receipt as we are not liable for undelivered/lost returns.
We are happy to exchange our Brighton Water Shoes within 100 days of placing an order for another size or colour as long as the items are returned unworn and with no damage. The water shoes will need to be sent back to us with at the customers expense and once received, we send you your chosen pair of new water shoes free of charge with no additional postage costs.
